It is the aim of Premier Community Services to provide a range of care services, which offer support and ultimately enable you to live as independently as possible.

With our service users at the forefront, PCS create's individual and unique care plans aimed at the service user to meet their individual needs and requirements. All of our care plans are electronically connected meaning that family and medical professionals are able to view notes keeping everyone up-to-date in real time.

We are able to support with all aspects of personal care and support, suited to your needs.

Medication assistance

All our staff are trained in the safe administration of medication.

We can offer support with shopping visits and companionship visits.

Our carers are available to help with nutrition and hydration preparation, including dietary requirements.

Specialist care

We are able to provide a range of care for a variety of specialist care, such as: Palliative, Stoma care, PEG feeding, transferring needs, and more.

All of our Careplans and records are electronically recorded, making it more efficient for family's, carers and other medical professionals to monitor.

​Our process

Step one

Get in contact with us to arrange a face-to-face assessment with one of our senior members of staff to discuss the care and support you require. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have and for us to gather as much information as possible to create the most definitive care plan to meet your specific needs.

Step two

After the assessment, a tailored care plan will be created for you. It will include information about you and the outcomes you would like to achieve with us, as well as relevant medical conditions, history, medication and specialist equipment which may be used as well as your likes and dislikes. 

Step three

Meet the team! You will be introduced to a team of professional and comprehensively trained carers to help provide you with the support needed to stay at home. We will keep in regular touch with you and ensure that you are happy with the service being provided, keeping up to date with any changes or amendments which may be needed to altered on your unique care plan.

Georgina Kerler-Lovegrove MCIPD
Director of Premier Community Services

Gina is a member of the ‘Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’. She has attained NVQ level 5 in Operational Management and is a qualified assessor and verifier. She, along with her husband Ray Kerler-Lovegrove developed PCS in 2008 which, with the help and support of their dedicated team, has now successfully become a domiciliary care practice of choice for many clients.
