Brilliant at all levels
PCS look after my sister and her husband brilliantly at all levels — the complicated hands-on caring and listening, and the admin and management of a sometimes rapidly changing situation. I don’t know how they provide peace of mind, a sense of humour, and careful interventions under such a lot of pressure a lot of the time. We’re all very grateful indeed.

Moving my care package to Premier care
In April I decided to change my care provider in the community. This was a big and frightening decision after 20 years. I met with Premier care managers, who immediately made feel at ease. They have been incredibly supportive and the transition went so smoothly. It was the best thing I ever did, I feel happier than I have in a long time. All staff have so kind and caring and nothing is to much trouble. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with the service provided to my father. Staff are friendly and helpful and time keeping is good. Easy to contact. Rotas are not always on time. Would recommend this care provider.

The Team who attend are so kind and helpful and make such a difference to his well being and put up with his quirkiness!
